Hometown hero George Sotiropoulos gave Australian fight fans a reason to go bananas at UFC 110 with his dominating performance over Joe “Daddy” Stevenson, a three round war that ended up earning “Fight of the Night” honors due to the back and forth battle that took place inside the cage.
