TapouT Announced as Official Lifestyle Apparel Partner of the UFC

Earlier this week it was announced that TapouT and the UFC have signed a multi-year deal that makes TapouT the official lifestyle apparel partner of The Ultimate Fighting Championship. As the sport of mixed martial arts continues to grow globally, this partnership will provide prime exposure for TapouT during UFC events over the next few years. Watch for the TapouT logo to be in your face during UFC broadcasts on Pay-Per-View, FX and FUEL TV with canvas logos, bumpers and billboards. TapouT to Have Presence at UFC Events Set to Air on Pay-Per-View, FX and FUEL TV

Las Vegas, Nevada –TapouT®, the premier MMA lifestyle brand and longtime supporter of the sport of mixed martial arts, has become an official lifestyle apparel partner of the Ultimate Fighting Championship®, the companies announced today.

The multi-year deal gives TapouT exposure at UFC® events broadcast on Pay-Per-View, FX and FUEL TV via canvas logos, bumpers and billboards. In addition, TapouT will present the “Submission of the Night” feature on UFC broadcasts, as well as take part in on-site activation at UFC events globally. The agreement also includes an extensive digital media plan, with TapouT gaining visibility across multiple social media platforms and at UFC.com. Furthermore, TapouT obtains the rights to use “Official lifestyle apparel of UFC” on hangtags, point-of-sale and advertising.

TapouT, which is owned by New York-based ABG TapouT, LLC a division of Authentic Brands Group LLC, has a long history of sponsoring UFC athletes in the Octagon®.

Along with the three main fights that went down on network television during UFC on FOX 2, comes the latest round of UFC entrance songs. Although not all walkouts were shown during the live broadcast, here’s a quick recap of the music chosen by the six men who competed during the night’s triple-header. Phil Davis kicked off the main event with Kanye’s “All of the Lights”, while “Suga” Rashad looked fully focused and ready to rumble while walking out to Mobb Deep. The History of MMA Trailer by Bobby Razak

Taking us on a trip back to where it all began, the fight world’s favorite filmmaker Bobby Razak reveals a new trailer for his upcoming “History of MMA” film that’s set to come out later on this month for special screenings. Having solidified his spot as the number one film director in MMA over the years, with his renowned “Rites of Passage” film from back in the day, along with several creative commercials for TapouT, Dethrone, Bad Boy, and other top brands, Razak’s latest project looks to revisit the earlier days of mixed martial arts. Following up on the first trailer released a few months back starring Frank Shamrock, this latest piece focuses in on Fred Ettish who made a name for himself by entering the Octagon back at UFC 2 on March 11, 1994.
